Wargaming Wednesday - The Battle of Freeman's Farm

It's pretty neat when you get a decent battle report from a wargaming event (with lots of pictures, of course!) but even cooler when you get two from regular wargaming bloggers.  In this case, the event was a simulation of "The Battle of Freeman's Farm," a 1777 American Revolutionary War battle that happened in what is now New York State.  Read more about the background of that here.  To play, they used "The Electronic Brigadier" which is a "Computer Moderated Wargaming Rules for Horse & Musket Period Gaming."

The first of the two battle reports came from Allan (AJ) Wright (pictured in the middle of the last photo) on AJ's Wargaming Blog here.

The complimentary report comes from Adam Carriere (pictured middle left of upper photo) on Fencing Frog here.
